Excellent Lytham law firm with offices in Preston and the Fylde are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their friendly Probate an Trust Department. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years legal Secretarial experience and have some knowledge of Wills and Probate. Your duties will include multi-tasking and prioritising own workload, this will include copy, audio typing, digital dictation, amending lengthy documentation, producing attendance notes, interim/final bills, file maintenance, diary and email.
The suitable candidate will ideally have a sound knowledge of PC applications such as Outlook, XP, Deltaview, Powerpoint and Excel. The ability to communicate well is a must as the role requires regular clients and third parties liason.
