PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR

LOCATION: East Riding of Yorkshire

SALARY AND BENEFITS: Competitive Salary with Partnership opportunity

COMPANY INFORMATION:

- Deal in all aspects of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Tax work
- Domestic and Commercial Conveyancing
- Civil Family and Matrimonial Litigation

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Private Client Solicitor with experience of a mixed caseload of work
- Experience of all aspects of Wills and Probate matters
- Inheritance Tax and Trusts work
- To work effectively as part of a small team
- Excellent communication skills

IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

- Highly motivated solicitor with a proven track record of dealing with mainstream private client work
- Supervisory and marketing skills
- Experience of building and developing a department
- Experience of dealing with high net worth clients

ROLE INFORMATION:

- Undertake a broad variety of work ranging from drafting wills to advising on complicated tax planning and trust work.
- Probate matters and the administration of estates
- Enduring Powers of Attorney
- Good partnership/succession prospects for applicants of appropriate calibre
