- Client base involved in all areas of industry and commerce
- Large number of fee earners
YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING
- Qualified solicitor with strong commercial law background
- Minimum 3 years PQE
- Experience of drafting commercial contracts
- Work well in a team environment
IDEALLY YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING
- Experience of Intellectual Property matters
- Gained experience from a commercial law firm
- Excellent communicator
ROLE INFORMATION
- Assist the busy commercial department across a range of non-contentious work including distribution, agency contracts, manufacture and supply agreements.
- Drafting and advising on commercial contracts
- Involvement in Intellectual Property matters as well
