The firm has acted for succeeding generations of families in the administrations of estates, establishing trusts, advising on tax planning and the making of wills and enduring powers of attorney. They also provide a complete tax and management service, including the production of trust accounts and tax returns, to individual clients, as well as to private and charitable trusts. Assets dealt with on behalf of clients are in the order of £80 million.
The role would suit a Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE with a proven track record in this area of law. Marketing and managerial skills would also be advantageous.
