PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - HAMPSHIRE

Leading Hampshire law firm seeks Private Client Solicitor 3 + PQE to deal with caseload of wills, trusts and tax planning. This post will provide corporate taxation support to our Company Department in addition to providing Private Client advice.

The individual will:
be a STEP practitioner and Chartered Institute of Taxation qualified
be involved with Capital Tax planning, Wills, Inheritance Tax and Trusts, including the commercial aspects
have experience of the preparation and negotiation of tax deeds and warranties
have experience of domicile issues for non-UK domiciled individuals
have experience of post death tax planning using Deeds of Variation and Enduring/Lasting Powers of Attorney
have an interest in marketing and be prepared to network, write articles and newsletters and run seminars
