PRIVATE CLIENT PROBATE LAWYER - HAMPSHIRE

Progressive full service law firm seeks Private Client Probate Lawyer around 5 years PQE to work in proactive and dynamic team.

The applicant should have a solid background in Wills and Administration of Estates and should be able to handle their own high volume caseload. This role should be especially of interest to a candidate looking to build up their exposure to complex tax planning matters and to enhance their knowledge in the more challenging areas of private client work.

The candidate will need to be adept at running client meetings and have an understanding of the client's needs, to be able to suggest constructive solutions to problems raised by them, and should be confident in discussing taxation matters, in particular all aspects of inheritance tax.

The role requires a candidate who wishes to assist with growing the department and gaining responsibility for building up their own client base, as well as developing and furthering links with other professional advisers.
