Our Client is a regional heavy weight within the Top 100 Law firms; with a renowned name in the private client arena our client has a need for a Tax & Trusts Solicitor to join the team. The role will report into the Tax & Trusts Partner and will be involved in advising clients on mitigating inheritance tax and capital gains tax as well as the available exemptions and reliefs. You will be involved in the strategic use of wills and trusts for UK and offshore tax planning, asset protection and succession planning in family businesses.
