Top East midlands firm has an opportunity for an experienced tax & pensions specialist to provide expert advice to high quality clients. Highly regarded across a broad range of sectors, this firm enjoys an excellent reputation, with many departments highly rated in both Legal 500 and Chambers Directories.
You will provide specialist advice in share incentive schemes, pension drafting, final salary pensions (public & private sector), pensions due diligence, employee tax, pensions tax, employee benefits & taxation and share scheme taxation. Previous experience is essential, but not necessarily as a solicitor. This position may suit either a solicitor pr FILEX with extensive pension and tax experience.
