The team gives strategic tax and succession planning advice, including on the setting and breaking of trusts (including off-shore structures) and inter-generational transfer strategies. They have considerable expertise in advising overseas clients and in administering high value estates. Examples of recent work undertaken by the team include the sale of the multi-million pound estate of a client who had died without heirs and the transfer of the proceeds to a charitable trust. They seek an additional lawyer able to take on a broad mix of probate, wills, tax and trusts.
