WILLS & PROBATE SOLICITOR/EXEC - DEVON
Leading South West Law firm have a fantastic vacancy for a Solicitor or Legal Executive 2 + PQE to deal with Wills, Probate and Trusts work.
The ideal candidate will have or be able to demonstrate:
Sound knowledge of Wills, Trust and Probate
Sound knowledge of Inheritance Tax
Desire and ability to develop practice
Ability to manage own caseload
Ability to work in close-knit community and team
Excellent communication skills in order to relate confidently with professionals and clients
Positive approach and attitude
Excellent organisational skills
Responsibilities and Duties will include:
Managing own caseload of Wills, Trust and Probate matters
Supporting Managing Partner
Developing Client base and practice
Ensuring Client, Office and Professional Conduct procedures are adhered to
