Private Client Solicitor
Location: Exeter
Salary: £30,000 - £60,000
We are currently recruiting for a Legal 500 firm for their Private Client Team for an experienced Solicitor. They require someone to participate in the firms Private Client team.
Experience:
Will drafting and inheritance tax planning
Estate administration
Lasting powers of attorney
Court of protection and Deputyship applications
Issues affecting the elderly
Trust law and administration
Particular specialism which would be of interest include
• IHT, CGT and other personal tax planning
• Lifetime settlements
• Trust law and administration including for disabled beneficiaries/personal injury compensation trusts
• Continuing care claims
Memberships of the following will be encouraged:
• STEP
• Probate Section of the Law Society
• Solicitors for the Elderly
