They are currently recruiting for a Private Client Paralegal to support the Probate team and provide an effective and sensitive service to clients.
Duties will be varied and interesting providing an excellent opportunity to expand you skill base in this area of law. You will correspond with asset holders and creditors to obtain details of an estate and prepare documentation required for Probate application including Oaths and similar documents.
You will be encouraged to contribute to marketing of the firm, and also get the opportunity to draft Wills and assist with tax work.
