A Will Writer is currently required to provide a direct Will writing service to clients at a Derby law firm. Salary up to £17.5k.
The Client: Our client is a reputable law firm in Derby and has just recently been officially recognised by the Law Society as the most diverse law firm in the whole of the UK in terms of their recruitment. They have also been shortlisted in The Lawyer magazine's Regional Law Firm of the Year Award, this is alongside one of their staff members appearing in the Lawyer's "Hot 100".
The Role: This role would be an ideal next step for a Legal Secretary wanting something a little different with lots of client contact, previous Wills and Probate experience especially of drafting Wills would be beneficial but is not essential. Candidates will ideally be strong typists ideally with an RSA qualification and hold excellent communication skills. Team players who are highly organised and efficient will be best suited to this role. The successful candidate will be taking Will instructions over the phone, drafting Wills and associated documents and handling between 70 and a 100 live matters.
A varied role with the opportunity to earn up to £17.5k and benefit from gaining experience from a top legal firm.
