Our client, a leading Legal 500 Derbyshire firm have a vacancy within their Wills team. The role will involve:
1. Taking Will instructions over the telephone
2. Drafting Wills and associated documents
3. Handling 70 – 100 current matters
Essential Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Ideally previous experience in drafting Wills but not essential as full training will be provided
Ideally possess RSA II or equivalent typing qualification
Ability to demonstrate proactive management of matters
Excellent telephone manner and client care skills
Ability to produce accurate documents and correspondence
Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Ability to deal with matters confidentially
