Private practice require an experienced private client solicitor who can take responsibility for supervising the activity of less experienced fee earners, act as a technical point of reference and work with Partners in the firms progression. Caseload includes a broad mix of wills, probate, trust and tax planning matters. It is envisaged that the successful applicant will concentrate on more complex probate and trusts matters. In order to be considered for this role you will be a qualified solicitor 5+ years PQE, specialising in Private Client work. You will have an excellent technical knowledge of wills, probate, tax and trusts matters and be able to operate with no supervision. Further experience will include managing/ supervising other fee earners and involvement in business development. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent career development opportunities.
