Private Client Solicitor - Truro - Great Opportunity!!!
Our client is a major law firm based in the South West with 28 partners, over 140 lawyers and a total staff of over 300. Our client has offices in Exeter, Plymouth, Taunton and Truro.
They currently have an exciting job vacancy for a Solicitor to join their Private Client Team based in Truo.
An ideal candidate will be a Solicitor who has experience in a law firm that has a significant Private Client team.
You will be a team player, client friendly, proactive, hardworking and computer literate.
You will have experience dealing with Will drafting and Inheritance Tax Planning, Estate Administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Deputyship work, Issues effecting the Elderly, Trust Law and Administration.
It would be an advantage if you have specialisms in IHT, CGT and other personal tax planning, Lifetime Settlements, Trust Law and Administration including for disabled beneficiaries/personal injury compensation trusts and continuing care claims.
Ideally you will be STEP qualified, a member of the Probate Section of the Law Society and a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
The successful candidate will join our client's Private Client Group comprising 37 lawyers.
