PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR - LONDON CITY Full service national and international firm seek Private Client Solicitor 4 + PQE who would like to gain expert knowledge and experience of Trust and Company Structures. The ideal candidate will have a good grounding in Private Client work including Wills, Trust drafting, Tax advice, particularly Capital Gains Tax and Inheritance Tax planning, but will also have had experience in Offshore Tax and Trusts work, in particular, advising non-UK domiciliaries and Offshore trustees and structures. The role will require marketing and business development skills, including helping to advise on a large trust and offshore corporate portfolio. You will need to be well organised, and knowledge of the day to day running of trust companies and company administration would be an advantage. You should possess good negotiation and communication skills and be able to communicate at all levels. You must have knowledge of all regulatory and compliance requirements. You will be part of the Offshore Team and will work under 3 partners. You should be willing and able to initiate and assist with ad-hoc projects (and do such other duties as the partners may reasonable request) Competitive remuneration and excellent prospects.
