COURT OF PROTECTION SOLICITOR - LONDON CITY
Talented Court of Protection Solicitor sought to work within London (City).
You will have at least 5 years experience dealing with the full range of services including; Deputyships, damages management, trusts, lasting and enduring powers of attorney and Wills.
Must be able to combine legal expertise with financial management and planning, investments, tax returns and accounting services.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within an established and innovative national law firm and department. You will be working within a fast-paced team on a stimulating mix of cases. You will not only be technically excellent but also a good communicator with rounded client service skills. You must be able to develop strong relationships with a wide range of people, be empathetic, supportive yet directional.
If you are either an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor or looking to qualify into this area of law we would really like to hear from you.
You must have good IT skills
