The firm's "formidably talented" Tax and Trusts department is one of the largest in the country demonstrating a national and international profile to rival the best. Lawyers advise on a wide range of areas, including tax and estate planning, offshore tax planning and corporate tax.

The Tax & Trusts team attracts an increasingly broad range of clients including businessmen, entrepreneurs, professionals, landowners, farmers, foreign nationals, private banks and trust companies.

Their established reputation for the high quality of their trust practice has led to continued growth in their services to City financial institutions and to high-net-worth individuals. On the domestic front, the team continues to attract work from clients with landed estates with high expectations of a practice now regarded as competing on level terms with the leading London based Tax & Trusts departments.

Working alongside a number of leading practitioners, the successful candidate can expect to work on a full range of tax & trusts matters for individual and corporate clients, both nationally and internationally.
