This small, friendly full service law firm are seeking a private client lawyer to join the practice in Birmingham. They are looking for a strong technical lawyer who would be able to come in and from day one be able to pick up a case load comprising: *Wills and Probate *Personal Tax *Trusts *Administration of Estates *Elderly Care *Enduring Powers of Attorney The clientele of the firm ranges from those walking in looking for advice to long established high net worth individuals. There will be the opportunity to grow this department and therefore applicants will have to demonstrate an enthusiasm for leading a team. Remuneration will be dependant upon experience.
