New private client role with established upwardly mobile Birmingham firm.
This entrepreneurial firm has a client led and people focused approach, genuinely valuing their lawyers and offering an attractive balance between high quality work and a friendly, supportive and flexible working environment.
Due to expansion, he firm now seeks an experienced private client lawyer with experience of some or all of the following: wills, trusts, probate, estates administration, EPA, Court of Protection, elderly client work and tax planning. The firm already provides excellent advice across this spectrum to a diverse client base which includes wealthy individuals, landowners, entrepreneurs, business people and other HNWIs.
You will have a minimum of 2 years pqe gained with a recognised private client team. Ideally experienced in Tax & Trusts work you'll join a welcoming team to take on an existing caseload of high quality work. In addition, you'll be free to market the firm's services and develop new clients and business for the firm.
This is a rare and attractive role for a client focused private client specialist to join a dynamic, upwardly mobile firm with a clear focus on strengthening their private client team.
