Applicants must have at least 8 year PQE in specialising in purely private client probate work. Must be able to work unsupervised-supervised covering; - Wills; Simple or complex - Estate Administration, from start to finish. - Trusts - Nursing/Care Home Issues - Tax Planning - Individuals in Business, reviewing clients existing arrangements and suggest ways to increase tax effectiveness You will be currently leading and managing your own team within your current role.
