If you have a working knowledge of trusts, you'll be brought up to speed with trust creation and administration, to ass another string to your bow. Known for expertise in estate planning matters, reputation ensures that the caseload is continuing to grow year on year. Your varied duties will include:
-Will drafting
-IHT / CGT planning
-Administering taxable and non-taxable estates
-Lasting powers of attorney
