Top Private Practice are looking to take on an additional Corporate Finance Solicitor to join there respected and quality driven team. The successful candidate will need the equivalent of or more than 5yrs PQE and be used to handling complex high profile cases.
You will be expected to work on M&A, capital markets and private equity deals and has additional experience in IPO's, public company advisory and corporate transactions. Supervisory experience would also be of benefit.
This is a great opportunity in a great location that is within easy commutable distance of London, Surrey and the South Coast. Good Salary and benefits depending upon experience.
