An opportunity has arisen to join this leading Sussex based firm who are looking for a Commercial Solicitor for a non-contentious role to join their Commercial team in their Gatwick office. The client range is varied from local start-up to major companies dealing with a variety of commercial issues. Working closely with the corporate group you will be required to deal with a varied caseload including IT procurement, internet & ecommerce issues, distribution/agency, medial& sponsorship agreements, data protection and much more. There will also be a significant amount of commercial contract work.
You will need to have good all round commercial awareness and have the ability to see issues from the clients viewpoint.
Within easy commute of London and the South Coast and a good salary on offer depending upon experience this is a great opportunity.
