This established law firm (UK Rising 50) in the heart of Warwickshire is looking for a solicitor with previous experience of advising on IT and outsourcing contracts, preferably gained within a well-respected firm.
The firm has been established for over 150 years and now consists of around 30 partners and over 200 employees. Despite its increasingly commercial emphasis, the firm maintains its local links and attracts high calibre individuals, keen to work in a more amenable environment than many of the larger city-based firms can offer, without sacrificing the quality of work.
You will have good client and team communication skills, excellent drafting skills and a desire to play a key role in the future of the team. Above all, you will be able to deliver straight-forward, quality advice to clients. You will already have experience advising on IT contracts and outsourcing contracts and be able to demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and as a team player.
The firm offers excellent career progression, and very competitive remuneration and benefits package.
Contact Mark Sterling today for a confidential discussion about this and other roles that may be of interest. Grist legal is a specialist legal recruitment agency with national coverage.
