Associate construction lawyers with previous experience gained in a respected regional or city-based firm are invited to apply to join this dynamic and expanding firm (27 Partners and 200 staff) in the Leamington Spa area.
Dealing with building, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering and process plant projects (including PFI and infrastructure projects), you will be joining a team that advises on and handles a wide range of disputes from court proceedings through to mediation, adjudication and arbitration. They are also involved in advising on all non-contentious contract matters including procurement, health and safety, copyright and intellectual property issues.
You will have excellent communication and drafting skills, coupled with a personal desire to play a key role in the future of the team and be able to deliver straight-forward, quality advice to clients. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work both autonomously and as a team player.
As a more experienced team member, you will be encouraged to support and mentor less experienced lawyers with their development. Genuine prospects for career development. Candidates looking to relocate from London or other areas will also be considered.
