An ambitious assistant-level construction lawyer with previous experience gained in a respected regional or city-based firm is required to join this dynamic and expanding firm (27 Partners and 200 staff) in the Leamington Spa area.
Dealing with building, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering and process plant projects (including PFI and infrastructure projects), you will be joining a team that advises on and handles a wide range of disputes from court proceedings through to mediation, adjudication and arbitration. They are also involved in advising on all non-contentious contract matters including procurement, health and safety, copyright and intellectual property issues.
As a less experienced member of the team, you will receive excellent support and training from other team members who will mentor you where necessary.
This is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in a stable environment and to strike that illusive balance between quality/quantity of work and quality of life.
