One of the larger firms in East Anglia are looking to appoint a CEO/Practice Manager reporting directly to the Managing partner and working closely with the Management Board to ensure that the firms objectives are achieved. With a number of offices and over 150 staff, the purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth day to day running of the practice, as well as implementation of agreed strategies and plans, enabling the practice to continue to thrive and grow. The successful applicant will have responsibility for HR functions to include recruitment for fee earning staff, ISO, Investors in People, Purchasing and supervision of an assistant. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Practice Manager to join one of the area's leading practices and have a real input into the development and growth of the firm.
