A personal injury solicitor with 1-3 years PQE is sought by a leading practice in Bristol. The firm's commitment to attracting and retaining high quality individuals is demonstrated by the provision high quality training and resources.
As a member of a Legal 500 rated defendant personal injury team you will have responsibility for progressing a caseload of litigated files, on instruction from insurer clients. Initial managing a volume caseload, future progression with include complex cases and supervisory responsibility. Involvement with complex cases will come through working closely with an Associate Solicitor and/ or the Partner who heads the team.
Additionally opportunities exist to become involved in client and business development activities, including social events.
The ideal applicant will be a UK qualified solicitor with good experience of RTA injury files. EL and PL experience are also highly desired. Personal characteristics will include ambition, strong communication skills and ability to operate as part of a team.
