This highly regarded regional private practice with a number of well located offices offers a full range of services to both commercial and private clients. Currently employing some 200 members of staff and continuing to grow at a steady pace. This practice now requires a Solicitor to join its Construction team.
The team advises a variety of clients including banks, developers, builders and contractors. The role will focus primarily on non contentious work, such as drafting agreements, loan facilities, building contracts, warranties and third party rights as well as guarantees and bonds. The successful candidate will work closely with the Construction Partner and must have a commercial approach to work and the ability to assist in the development of the department.
This role is likely to suit a Solicitor with circa 3 years PQE, although those with less experience will also be considered, who can demonstrate excellent academics and a sound technical knowledge of Construction law gained at either a City or large regional firm. Salary will be in accordance with experience.
All applications will be reviewed within the next working day by our consultants and successful applicants will be acknowledged in that timeframe.
