Regional heavy weight are looking to take on an experienced Solicitor in a leading position within the Commercial Property department. You will be working with an existing partner as well as handling your own caseload and management responsibilities. The work involves commercial leases acting for landlords and tenants, 1954 Act procedures, acquisition and disposal of commercial properties, commercial development and corporate support.
