Highly rated personal injury team, part of one of Lincolnshire's best known firm's, requires a Legal Executive to lead a team. The team defends claims on behalf of a well known insurance company. Issues include EL, PL and RTA cases of varying complexity. The workload is steadily expanding as the firm's excellent performance has allowed them to gain a bigger share of their panels.
Your time will be evenly split between managing your own cases and, where necessary, supervising the activities of team members. Responsibilities include team performance, quality assurance and communicating with the personal injury manager.
This is a highly visible position within the firm, with a chance to impress the management board and progress your career.
Applicants with at least three years experience of EL, PL or RTA will be preferred. Supervisory experience is not required, although a desire to mentor less experienced members of staff is a prerequisite.
All applications will be reviewed within the next working day by our consultants and successful applicants will be acknowledged in that timeframe.
