Located in comfortable surroundings this firm's Lincoln offices are centrally located and easily accessible. The firm is highly rated for several commercial areas and provides a client focussed service to local businesses, developers, charities and independent schools.
Partner led, the team advise on large scale developments, site acquisition, disposal, landlord and tenant. The majority of work is non-contentious although there are opportunities to work alongside litigation solicitors in situations where conflicts arise. Many of the current team have come from top East Midlands firms, allowing the opportunity to work alongside excellent, highly rated fee earners.
The client list is very well established; therefore the emphasis is on maintaining client relationships through excellent service and social events. Further business development activities will be undertaken in order to expand the firm's business further.
This role would suit a candidate with strong technical skills, who can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills are also essential in order to work with other team members of large transactions.
Good career prospects/development are offered with the chance to take over as the head of department in 2010. As well as this a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience will also be offered.
