Do you have a strong litigation background (Personal Injury/Insurance) and are looking for a challenging and interesting position? Are you fed up with insurance premiums being far too high due to the number of fraudulent claims? If so, there is a firm looking for you! You will run your own caseload of pre and post-litigated suspected fraudulent files on behalf of a variety of insurance clients. The claim type is varied: RTA (Bogus Passenger Claims, Staged/Contrived, Fraudulent Exaggeration, Fire/Theft), Property (Flood/Storm, Fire, Theft, Own Damage), Employers Liability, Public Liability, Low Speed Impact. Full training will be given to increase your knowledge and case handling ability. A full job description will be provided upon application for this role. Applications are invited from those with claimant/defendant insurance or personal injury backgrounds. You must have excellent analytical skills and the ability to make sound, informed decisions. You will be working within a large, modern, purpose built office near Bolton. It is easily accessible from M61 J6, and has onsite parking.
