This regional private practice enjoys a national reputation and has an excellent client base. It consists of 16 partners, over 50 fee earners and more than 150 staff in total. Each of the 4 offices are strategically located, being close to London with excellent transport links.
Currently in need of a Company Commercial Solicitor who can undertake a varied caseload. The current team deals with business start ups, shareholder issues, commercial agreements, IP issues, company sales and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and business funding.
This role is likely to suit a Solicitor with 3 years PQE or more who can demonstrate a sound understanding of company commercial work. The successful candidate must have good academics and business development skills. Salary is likely to be in the region of £45,000 to £55,000 which is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
