This well regarded multi site regional private practice require a Commercial Property Solicitor for their Watford, Hertfordshire based team. The firm is ranked in the top 200 and continues to expand across all areas of practice.
The team provides advice to a range of clients, including developers, banks and contractors and offers a full range of services such as:
Acquisition funding & letting of commercial development sites
Contentious & non-contentious construction work
Landlord & Tenant & property dispute resolution
This position would ideally suit those solicitors with 5 to 7 years PQE. You will need to undertake your own caseload of commercial and residential property matters with limited supervision and also assist the Partner in charge of the department on more complex matters.
The firm offers a comprehensive remuneration package with a salary in the range of £50,000 to £70,000 which is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
