A Solicitor is required in the busy Corporate / Commercial team of a Top regional Private Practice, the role will involve a wide variety of Corporate transaction, focusing on M&A. Other areas will include drafting company formations, shareholder agreements, partnerships and transaction due diligence etc. With a client base ranging from local start-up business to major quoted companies this is a great opportunity to progress your career. Business development skills will also be an advantage. In easy commutable distance from London or the South Coast this is a great opportunity. Good salary depending upon experience.
