Leading private practice based in Hampshire have an exciting opportunity within their Company Commercial team. The department enjoys an outstanding reputation for providing high quality legal advice to a full range of business clients. There are 12 lawyers within the department which allows the team to advise across a wide practice area including banking & finance, IT and IP. Due to continued expansion the team now requires an additional lawyer with general Company Commercial expertise as well as extensive experience in Commercial Contracts law. The team advise on acquisitions and disposals, commercial contracts, competition law, data protection law, business start ups, corporate recovery and business growth stategies. Clients include quoted companies, Uk subsidiaries of multi nationals, SME's, banks and lending institutions. Suitable candidates are likely to have at least 5 years PQE along with a pro active approach to business development. A comprehensive remuneration package is on offer including a competitive salary which is dependent upon previous experience.
