Exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial lawyer to join a top regional firm. The highly regarded practice enjoys an excellent reputation for it's quality of work and are regularly rated as leaders in their field. The corporate commercial team provides a full service to clients including M&A, corporate reorganisation & restructuring, commercial agreements, corporate finance, insolvency and management buy-outs. They are now looking for an experienced solicitor to join them, undertaking a varied workload for a range of clients. Business development and marketing will also form an important part of this role, and you will have the opportunity to play an active part in the ongoing development of the department, and the firm as a whole. Excellent academics and strong technical skills are required for this role, as well as quality previous experience. Excellent skills in team working, a strong client focus and a practical approach to managing your workload are important qualities. Competitive salary will be negotiable depending on your experience, to £50k.
