Major regional private practice with an excellent reputation amongst clients for its quality of work and ongoing success has an opportunity for a Commercial Solicitor to join its Dispute Resolution team. The firm offers a comprehensive range of commercial and private client services and enjoys an impressive client list including HNW individuals, local, regional and national household name businesses and PLC's. Currently in need of a Solicitor with 2 - 3 years PQE who will be able to undertake contentious, commercial and IP work. Suitable candidates will come from a recognised commercial department and will want to specialise within IP law. The ability to effectively market the department and establish strong links with clients is essential. A comprehensive remuneration package is on offer to the successful applicant which is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
