Solicitors with corporate/ commercial experience gained at large London or regional firms, requiring a better work/ life balance are sought by this top 200 practice in Cheltenham. The corporate/ commercial team are Partner led and highly regarded by both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners.
The successful applicant can expect to work on a caseload of high value files for large national and international businesses. Work will include mergers, acquisition, formation, shareholders, contracts and general commercial issues.
The firm are flexible concerning PQE and are happy to consider any interested party with a high quality background and the ability to manage their own caseload. Salary will be commensurate with experience and is complemented by an excellent benefits package, including pension and healthcare.
