This substantial Legal 200 South East private practice with three strategically located offices close to London require a Lawyer to specialise in Property Litigation at their Luton branch. With a number of former City lawyers within the firm, the current team have built up a highly regarded Commercial practice and the firm is now recognised as a leader in many practice areas, advising an impressive range of clients and dealing with good quality work comparable to City firms. The current Commercial Litigation team consists of three partners and five further fee earners. There is scope here to develop the role and become the Property Litigation specialist within the team. The successful applicant will have a range of experience in property litigation, preferably gained at a City firm or large regional practice. This position would most likely suit a Solicitor with 2 to 3 years PQE who can expect a salary in the range of £35,000 to £48,000 which is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
