An experienced Solicitor is required to join the Commercial Property Team of this top law firm based in Lincoln city centre. The firm offers expertise in the leisure, retail, development, secured lending and pension investment sectors and applicants should therefore have a broad range of commercial property experience with the ability to manage a large caseload without supervision.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in order to build and maintain relationships with clients/contacts as well as an enthusiasm to contribute to the marketing of the team. It is essential that you are a strong team player with a good eye for detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
Good career prospects/development are offered with the chance to take over as the head of department in 2010. As well as this a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience will also be offered.
