Job Description

This regional private practice enjoys a national reputation and has an excellent client base. It consists of 16 partners, over 50 fee earners and more than 150 staff in total. Each of the 4 offices are strategically located, being close to London with excellent transport links.

Currently in search of a Commercial Property Solicitor who will undertake a varied caseload. The department is experienced in providing advice to private landlowners and corporate clients in retail, leisure, housing and development projects, along with secured lending and mineral extraction.

This role is likely to suit a Solicitor with 3 years PQE or more who will be able to slot into the 4 partner strong team and develop an existing caseload. The successful candidate must have good academics and previous experience of dealing with good quality Commercial Property work. Salary is likely to be circa £45,000 + which is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
