A superb opportunity has arisen to join this well regarded regional private practice with 5 offices based in their Derby head quarters. The excellent client base means that you will be dealing with work on a par with London firms.
The litigation department acts for a range of clients from plc's to owner managed businesses and advises on a variety of matters such as:
Contractual disputes
Warranty claims
Director/Shareholder/Partnership disputes
Commercial fraud
IP claims
Defamation
Professional negligence claims
The department is split into specialist teams for Property, Construction, IP, Insolvency and International Arbitration.
Suitable candidates will ideally have 2 to 5 years PQE gained in a city or large regional practice. There is a super remuneration package on offer including healthcare and pension. Salary is likely to be in the range of £38,000 to £50,000 which is negotiable and dependent upon experience.
