Top Derbyshire law firm with 100 staff across 3 offices has an opportunity for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to the team. Applicants are invited from those who have a thorough knowledge of commercial litigation law and practice in order to assist with the current workload as well as a good grounding of commercial contract disputes, insolvency, director disqualification and property litigation.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to network and to actively raise the profile of the department as well as excellent communication skills to build new relationships. You must have excellent IT skills with a strong commercial awareness. Salary will be negotiable and offered commensurate with experience.
