Our clients are a top Lincolnshire firm looking for a litigation solicitor to join their city centre based team.
The civil litigation department is split into a number of teams handling differing aspects of the law. In this particular role the work will include a variety of contentious contract issues ranging from building to consumer disputes. The client base is made up of private individuals.
Applicants should have good litigation experience with particular knowledge of contractual disputes. This background should be combined with excellent communication skills and a client focussed approach.
As well as contractual disputes the ideal candidate will also undertake a large caseload of Construction and Property litigation matters. This team specialises in all aspects of property litigation and landlord and tenant law, advising major multinationals, developers and property investment companies. Previous experience of property litigation work, break clause, lease renewal and dilapidation cases is essential.
You will probably have at least 3 years PQE in a whole range of property related matters, to include residential and commercial development, civil engineering, projects and contracts. Ideally your experience will include both contentious and non-contentious construction, but this is not essential
