Excellent opportunity! A newly qualified Solicitor is required to join this top Dorset based law firm to work alongside the partner/ head of department. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, hard working and self-motivated with experience in commercial law - this may include a seat in your training contract.
You will be given the chance to get involved in a broad spectrum of commercial matters including company reorganisations, share and asset acquisitions and disposals, shareholder, partnership and other commercial agreements. You will also be given responsibility and have significant client contact.
Good academics are essential and applicants must have good interpersonal and communication skills and be a strong team player. In return you will have the privilege of working for a dynamic, friendly and forward thinking law firm. Highly competitive salary on offer along with excellent benefits.
