An experienced Commercial Property Solicitor is required to join this quality regional law firm based in their Poole office. Work will involve all aspects of commercial property including freehold work, landlord and tenant work, drafting and negotiating rights of way/easements, development work and corporate support work which involves the property aspects of corporate transactions.
The successful candidate will be a team player, able to work unsupervised and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. It is essential that you can identify business opportunities and develop strong client relationships.
Candidates are invited from those looking for either assistant solicitor or associate level and for the right candidate, excellent career prospects are available including the possibility of partnership. Salary will be offered commensurate with experience along with a good benefits package.
